REFUNDS & CANCELATIONS

We have a 14 day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in its original packaging. Once you receive your order, you have 14 days to return it. If 14 days have passed since you received the item, you are unfortunately not eligible to make a return request. In order to receive a refund, the product must be unworn, with tags attached, in new condition and accompanied by an order receipt.

Please use an outer cardboard box to send your return back to us to ensure the protection of the shoes and shoe box, and use a PE packaging bag for the garment, otherwise it may cause damage, which means we will not be able to accept the return. Once the product has been used, we are unable to provide refunds. Please note that unfortunately this decision is final and cannot be overturned. pandabuy does not bear any customer postage charges.

pandabuy now offers exchange service! You can return the original item and fill in the form with your desired exchange size. Once we receive your return, we will ship a replacement. Sometimes the size required may be sold out and we will contact you to discuss available options.

In the unlikely event that the size or product sent by pandabuy is wrong, the customer must notify us within 14 days of receiving the item. Returned merchandise must be in original box, unused, and in resalable condition. Shipping charges will only be reimbursed if incorrect or defective products are received.
